Filing your claim is the first step in the claims process. During your initial claim intake its imperative to supply all information related to your accident. This includes, police reports, witness contact information, photos, drivers licenses and insurance cards for all involved parties.

Once a repair estimate is completed on your vehicle, you’ll have the option to repair your vehicle at the repair facility of your choice. If you have no shop option in-mind, we’ll happily assist you with locating a shop to repair your vehicle.Payments for initial estimates can be made to you or the shop of your choice. Keep in mind, estimates are just that – estimates. Often times your repair shop will discover additional damages. These additional damages will first be verified and confirmed related, additional payment will then be paid directly to your repair facility.
